Guillermo Fernández-Cuesta Laborde

Real Estate Director, Deputy To The Ceo

Guillermo has been one of the REDs and Deputy to the CEO at Árima since its founding.

He benefits from more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector. Prior to joining Árima he was Real Estate Director and Deputy to the CEO of Axiare from 2014 to 2018. From 1999 to 2001, he was an analyst at Hiller Parker (now CBRE Real Estate, S.A.) and from 2001 to 2004, was a Real Estate Manager at Prima. From 2004, he was a Real Estate Director at Rodex, which subsequently transferred its main business to Alza Real Estate, S.A. in 2007.

Once at Alza Real Estate, S.A., he then became the Real Estate and Investment Director and Deputy to the CEO.

Guillermo holds a BA in Business Administration (major in Finance) from the Universidad Alcalá de Henares in Madrid, and a BA in Business Administration (major in International Trade) from London South Bank University. He also has an MSc in Real Estate from London South Bank University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
